Who this covers

This policy applies to soundwaystohealth.com and to anyone who books, contacts, or attends a Sound Healing, Access Bars, or Compassion Key session with Shri Vivek ("Soundways to Health," "we," "us").

What we collect

• Booking details. Name, email, phone number, and session preferences, collected through our booking platform when you book a session.
• Payment information. Processed directly by our booking/payment platform. We do not receive or store your full card details. If you pay by Interac e-Transfer, we see only the sender name and email tied to the transfer.
• Session content. What you share during a session is held in confidence and is not recorded or shared unless you ask us to, or the law requires it.
• Email correspondence. If you email us, we keep that correspondence to respond to you and for our records.

Where it's stored

Booking and contact data is stored in our booking platform and in our email account. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Third parties

Our booking platform and its payment processor handle scheduling and payment on our behalf, under their own privacy and security terms. If a session is held by video call, the video platform used (e.g. Zoom or Google Meet) processes the call under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and correspondence records for as long as needed to provide services, respond to you, and meet our own bookkeeping and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email shriramvivek@gmail.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
