Compassion Key
Guided compassion work for fear, anxiety and old hurt — a complement to any medical or mental-health care you're already receiving, not a replacement for it.
Is this you?
- Something old still gets a reaction out of you that you can't talk yourself out of.
- Worry or fear shows up in your body before you've even named what's wrong.
- You've made progress in therapy but something still feels stuck.
- Strain with someone you love keeps circling back to the same old wound.
Many people notice a clear shift within one to three sessions; some need longer. This works alongside your existing care team, not instead of it.
Reaching the root, gently
Compassion Key is a guided process developed by Edward Mannix. Through a series of gentle, specific questions, it helps trace a current fear or hurt back to where it first took hold — and lets your own compassion, not force, transform it.
You stay fully present and in control throughout. Nothing is done to you; you're guided through a process you direct.
Compassion Key is a complementary wellness practice, not psychotherapy or medical treatment. It is not appropriate for acute crisis or active suicidal thoughts — see our scope of practice. If you're in crisis in Canada, call or text 988 any time.
